2012… A year in the life of a Mouse

I had a funny old year, not a great one in some respects – 6 months of it was spent living in temporary accommodation with a temporary studio after a leak at my home (where my studio is) turned into a flood which destroyed part of my home (and my studio). This is why there hasn’t been much original music from me.

But I’m proud of what I did release and it gave me lot’s of time to write songs and do some learning (I’m a bit of a nerd).

The best part of the year was all the amazing gigs I did including my first US tour. I can honestly say I didn’t do a shit gig (well not that I can remember). DJing is so important to me because it feeds what I make in the studio. To me, one can’t come come without the other.

You might remember me telling you about a new project I’m doing with friend Matt Van Schie (from Van She), or maybe not. In which case, I’m please to announce I’m doing a new project with my friend Matt Van Schie from Van She. Well we’re pleased to announce the first single is called ‘Darkness’ and it’s released in January 2013. Full details coming shortly!
